Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment process for all level positions across MEAT Region & Poland.
• Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
• Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
• Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
• Continually network with both active and passive external talent to build a proactive talent pipeline.
• Provide direction and counsel to Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners
• Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
• Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies and procedures
• Develop and undertake various Employer Branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
• min. 5 year successful recruiting experience.
• Experience with leveraging social media to source and attract talent.
• Demonstrating business thinking and acumen.
• Ability to work independently under deadline pressure.
