Project Buyer

Job description:

• Working as a member of a Project Team;
• Participating in product quotations (CAA creation);
• Leading component sourcing and validation processes; 
• Managing project BOM costs;
• Participating in Project Meetings and Activities (Project review, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee);
• Defining and controlling communication flow and content between project team and suppliers;
• Controlling project purchasing indicators within the given portfolio which includes: sourcing parts inside QCD targets, tracking productivity actions, follow Valeo roadmaps and standards.

Requirements:

• Experience B2B purchasing & negotiations;
• Experience in a manufacturing company;
• Good communication skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
• Technical background (education or experience);
• Multitasking ability, teamwork spirit, result orientation;
• Excellent English spoken and written.
