Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: 

  • Budget Operations
  • Quickly learn and become an Allocadia Super-User with expertise in budget set up, critical data fields, budgetary processes and analytics  
  • Aid in developing and documenting end-user and administrator procedures  
  • Train marketers on how to use Allocadia in accordance with established budget processes  
  • Look for new and innovative ways to streamline the budget management processes for both end-users and administrators  
  • Participate in the budgetary process  
  • Ensure compliance to corporate policies, procedures, data collection and corporate contracts   
  • Support the Purchase Order approval process and create new Purchase Orders in SAP  
  • Run specific SAP reports daily/monthly to reconcile SAP financial data with Allocadia  
  • Proactively address and resolve routine issues including aligning suppliers to our process and / or invoicing inquiries  
  • Month-end close process (confirm PO’s, amounts to be accrued, work with AP/Finance to confirm prepaid items booked in proper accounts and amortize across correct time periods) 
  • Update and process actuals against generated Purchase orders 
  • Support integration of new businesses into Allocadia  
  • Regularly monitor Allocadia / SFDC bi-directional connectivity for campaign & spend alignment  
  • Build analytics dashboards in Allocadia and work with marketing analytics teams to support the build of Marketing Return on Investment dashboards 

Campaign Set-Up & Tracking:

  • Inventory and review the end-to-end campaign set up process in Salesforce, Eloqua and Google Analytics  
  • Identify and implement areas for improvement across all aspects of the campaign set up process in partnership with marketers, operations and technical teams  
  • Optimize the Salesforce Campaign and templated URL set-up and generation process  
  • Aid in developing and documenting Campaign set-up procedures, including building training and process to ensure accurate Salesforce Campaign / Allocadia line-item associations 

Role requirements:


  • 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience  
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred  
  • High capability with MS office applications (especially Excel), 
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, changing growth environment. 
  • Interest in advancing career and continuous improvement 
  • Professional certification is a plus 


  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills 
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests, daily and hourly 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Highly motivated team player, with flexibility to adapt to changing daily tasks 
  • Knowledge of finance/accounting terminology processes is preferred 
  • Experience with Allocadia, SFDC and SAP is preferred 
  • Customer service oriented, with ability to push back on requests when appropriate 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com campaign set up and reporting preferred 
  • Experience buying “indirect” services and knowledge of the Marketing category preferred
