Cybersecurity Engineer
About the role:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will help implement and maintain Cybersecurity controls using various security platforms, processes, and regulatory compliance on Herbalife systems and applications. Monitor, manage, maintain and test the effectiveness of Cybersecurity solutions and security controls implemented. You will also maintain and mature the overall Cybersecurity practices and help improve the overall security posture of the Cybersecurity function within Herbalife.
In this role you will:
- Build, run and maintain technical Cybersecurity tools and solutions,
- Provide technical support for Cybersecurity solutions and projects implementation,
- Collaborate with Global Technology Services to perform a review and update hardening standards,
- Perform periodic vulnerability status reviews and remediation activities,
- Offer guidance on understanding security vulnerabilities, remediation, awareness programs and training,
- Coordinate regular review and support audits for security controls, solutions, and other various Cybersecurity platforms,
- Perform proactive cybersecurity tasks in an attempt to prevent cyberattacks,
- Prepare, analyze and communicate Cybersecurity metrics and reporting for the responsibilities / activities performed,
- Support the Cybersecurity incident handling, compliance, documentation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and publishing post-Incident reports.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution management and implementation with minimum of 2 years in security tools,
- Experience in managing Windows/MAC/Linux server Operating Systems,
- Strong knowledge and experience in cybersecurity incident handling and security event analysis capability,
- Basic knowledge of Security aspects in ClCloud-based solutions (Azure, GCP),
- Knowledge in converge IT environment: AD, DNS, Firewalls, IPS, AV, routers, switches, hybrid network environment (On-prem +Cloud), etc.,
- Understanding of networking and various network technologies,
- Ability to perform network and infrastructure assessments
- Primary focus on cyber security tools in the current workplace (Endpoint solutions, disk encryption, intrusion prevention system, data loss prevention system, vulnerability scanner, etc),
- Experienced and understanding of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing,
- Experienced in leading security incident investigation and response,
- Ability to manage remote environments,
- Ability to effectively manage timelines and prioritize tasks with varying deadlines,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity,
- CCNA, CEH, CISA, CISSP, MS-XXX, AZ-XXX, or any other industry certification(s) is a plus.
